Trade Shows
If you ever showcase your products or services at trade shows, then Presentation Folders are essential to your overall marketing presentation. When somebody indicates enthusiasm for your item, association, or services, you can give them a bundle with most of your data efficiently sorted out inside. You can embed any showcasing materials, such as booklets, leaflets, flyers, business cards, notebooks, stickers, or other items that will fit in the pockets. This is essential at the exchange because participants can become overwhelmed when everything is free, as they are given numerous items throughout the event.
Press units
Do you ever have any requirements for reaching the media frequently? At that point, a presentation envelope will help organise your advertising and marketing materials. You can bundle your official statements alongside any other relevant data about your business or association, making it easier for your press contact to find the information they need. A presentation organiser can make their work more straightforward, which, in turn, benefits your organisation in getting press coverage.
Client administration
Presentation Folders are an excellent approach to concentrate on client management after the deal. For instance, if the item you are offering has a guideline manual or warranty information, a presentation folder can organise all of this for the customer. Another example would be subsequent data for an administration, such as pest control – possibly a booklet explaining why pest control is essential, along with limited-time materials about your services and their benefits.
Printing for presentation
It may be tempting to opt for a plain-looking or non-exclusive folder, as all the essential data will be inside, but not so much, because your presentation folder can likewise turn into a critical bit of promotional material all by itself. Make the spread look great with an acute outline that incorporates your organisation's or association's logo. Don't hesitate to print and reinforce promotional messages or other information on the organiser's folds or the back of the folder. There's no reason not to use this space further bolstering your good fortune, as long as you don't make it look excessively messy.

Non-White Substrates
- Spot Colours developed for non-white substrates (e.g. Kraft or backside substrates) must be appropriately designed to manage the brand expectations, operational efficiency, and run-to-run consistency. All inks developed for this printing condition maintain a minimum amount of opaque additives to achieve your colour expectations and maintain printability requirements.
- Inks developed using the above method often affect the substrate's colour intent. If opacity requirements exceed the above specification to achieve the desired colour, the customer must consider printing white under the spot colour.
- Printing white ink requires different approaches depending on Flexo and offset. The sheet-fed offset requires UV curing, the web offset requires UV/EB curing, and the Flexo is wet-trapped. These approaches are location-dependent and have varying print capability requirements.
Proofing Expectations Proofs provided to BPP for colour must adhere to the below conditions:
- Spot Colours: BPP strongly suggests using a proofing RIP that leverages a spectral proofing engine and has a track record of providing a visual colour match for spot colours overprinting or interacting with other spot or process colours.
- Spot Colour Dot Area: BPP requires all dot gains associated with spot colours to be measured and adhere to linear SCTV (spot colour tone value). Please refer to ISO 20654 and/or the proofing vendor for details on achieving this specification.
